Our colleagues, Yulia Iostman and Liudmila Nicheporuk, recently attended the Human Capital Days in Kazakhstan 2024. This event marks the 3rd International Forum and Exhibition Showcase for the Development of Human Capital, with modern tools being a key focus.
Yulia had the honor of speaking on the topic of "HR as Agents of Digital Change. The Importance of HR in Company Transformation." She shared her thoughts on how HR can become a key player in the digital age, and how AI tools like Copilot for M365 can accelerate this process.
The implementation of such tools requires not only technological changes but also cultural ones. Adoption processes play an important role here. Copilot for M365 allows HR specialists to quickly create follow-up meetings, find necessary files, conduct employee evaluations, and create job descriptions. But first, you need to learn about the tool and tell employees about it, emphasizing the personal benefits of using it.
The ability to work with artificial intelligence, including the correct formulation of queries, is a skill of today. HR and organizational development management should be involved in all IT tool implementation projects, as they know the corporate processes, the team, and the training methods that work for their people best.
