About Micosoft Viva
Microsoft Viva helps companies engage and train employees in remote and hybrid work environments. The platform allows for a cost-effective, seamless process that integrates project teams, HR, marketing, administrative departments and other functions that are important for the development of the company while working remotely.
For whom
The platform is useful for HR managers and directors, heads of departments, project managers and administration. At the user level (without configuration and management), the application can be used by any employee. They learn about news, events, company achievements, find useful information and fill in personnel documents. The system is very flexible, so you can set up any processes that are relevant to you in terms of employee engagement and motivation.
Own experience
- Viva Connections. More and more new people are joining Awara IT and we still work remotely. To make everyone feel part of the team, we first of all set up Viva Connections. In our case, corporate news, training and achievements are published there. In Viva Connections we have posted internal regulatory documents and application templates. This again saves time for both the HR department and the heads of departments. We use the app inside Microsoft Teams or in a browser.
- Productivity and well-being (Viva Insights). Once a week, every Awara IT employee receives an email with analytics: who they interacted with the most, how many new contacts they made, how many hours they spent on calls, etc. It is useful for self-monitoring and sometimes for self-assessment.
- Knowledge and experience (Viva Topics). And most importantly, Microsoft Viva can and should be customised to suit your corporate style and business processes.

- Viva Connections. A user-friendly page in Teams where you will find corporate news, announcements, queries, internal and external events. Arrange a knowledge base of everything you might need in teamwork. The simple organisation of the pages will help even those employees who have not worked in Microsoft Teams before.
- Productivity and well-being (Viva Insights). Keep track of how well you spend your working time, your work-life balance, the hours you work together, the length of your calls. This knowledge helps employees adjust their work schedules when necessary and helps managers monitor workloads and productivity.
- Knowledge and experience (Viva Topics). Artificial intelligence elements within Microsoft Sharepoint generate knowledge cards on topics that are in demand in your company. The process still requires human involvement, but AI makes it much easier to search and analyse through the masses of data already uploaded to your Sharepoint.
