The client reported that processing and approving incoming donation requests was time-consuming and prone to errors. Initially, requests were received via email and then manually recorded in an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. They needed a simple, quick-to-implement solution to consolidate these operations.
Results
Awara IT team developed a client portal on the Microsoft Power Platform. Through a user-friendly interface, visitors can register on the portal and submit their applications. The platform also facilitates contract approval, document submission, and directly generates a request for specific sponsorship aid.Information about donors is stored in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Integration with an Electronic Document Management (EDM) system was implemented, and all approval statuses are also recorded in the CRM.
