Awara IT built a Microsoft Power Platform solution to automate the 360-degree feedback process. The core is a Power Apps web application with interfaces for evaluators, managers, and HR. Power Automate handles automated evaluator assignment via Microsoft Delve and notification delivery. All data is stored in SharePoint Online, while analysis is powered by a detailed Power BI dashboard. The solution delivers a fully automated end-to-end assessment cycle.
