Luxenter is a Spanish family company with over 40 stores in prime locations in Spain, as well as online. 

Challenges and solutions

Luxenter key business objective was to smooth all operations of retail stores within one modern ERP solution. The following processes were to be automated:  

• Sales 
• Finance 
• Purchases 
• Warehouse 

Initially, only one legal entity was automated, with plans to extend the solution to other entities in the group based on results. 

Previously, Luxenter worked with an out-dated, highly customized ERP solution that was increasingly difficult to maintain. It could not scale with the company’s growth. 

As the second part of the project, Awara IT will automate salary calculations and electronic document management.  

Results

Luxenter now operates with the modern, evergreen Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.  

• Sales, purchases, warehouse, and finance processes are fully automated providing real-time transparency into daily operations. 
• The solution required minimal customization, demonstrating the system’s robust out-of-the-box functionality.
