To elevate customer experience, the customer sought to optimize key processes—particularly sales through its website and partner agencies.

Results
Awara IT has carefully studied business requirements and went through the selling process together with key users. We implemented a Microsoft Dynamics 365 for 100+ team members.
Every sales manager is assigned certain role (e.g. support sales, regional sales, supervisor, director, regional manager) access and operates within a highly customized solution.
Key functions:
All sales actions are tracked in Dynamics 365 Sales: calls, emails, meetings
KPIs and results are also collected and monitored in the system-
