KRKA is one of the leading generic pharmaceutical manufacturers with 70 years of experience. The company began its operations in Kazakhstan in 1994 with the opening of an office in Almaty. Today, KRKA is among the top 30 pharmaceutical companies in Kazakhstan.

Challenges and solutions

The project required implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV functionality and maintaining the system in compliance with all local regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as corporate reporting requirements.

Results

As part of the project, Microsoft Dynamics NAV was supported and enhanced in a timely and professional manner. Key tasks included:

• Modifications for Electronic Invoice (ESF) and Waybill (SNT) exports,

• Import from Excel into Microsoft Dynamics NAV,

• Adjustments to discount calculation logic.

Additionally, the Awara IT team provided system configuration consulting and training for key users. The system is now actively used in KRKA’s daily operations.
