Kar-Tel engaged Awara IT to develop a corporate platform based on Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on managing its internal corporate currency – Beecoins - and employee reward processes.
The company aimed to implement a unified, scalable system that integrates recognition into daily work routines while promoting a transparent and engaging corporate culture.
Key objectives included:
- Developing a centralized platform for creating, assigning, and tracking corporate activities that reward employees with Beecoins.
- Enabling employees to exchange earned Beecoins for merchandise, services, or bonuses through a web-based merch store.

- Integrating with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online for easy access and secure data storage.
- Automating monthly Beecoins distribution, including automatic expiration of unused balances.

Results
Over 2,500 active platform users across Kar-Tel currently use the app. Daily merchandise and bonus orders averaging 200–250 transactions. Fully automated Beecoins distribution significantly reduced manual HR tasks. High levels of employee engagement, positive user feedback and strengthened corporate culture is among key results.
