Our customer approached Awara IT to develop a corporate platform based on Microsoft Power Platform. The solution’s core focus was managing internal corporate currency and employee reward processes. Key objectives included:

• Implementing a unified platform for creating, assigning, and tracking corporate activities that reward employees with corporate currency.
• Providing employees with an intuitive web-based merch store where earned corporate currency could be exchanged for merchandise, services, or bonuses.
• Offering separate user and administrator applications to ensure operational efficiency and clear role separation.
• Integrating Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online for streamlined access and secure data storage.
• Automating regular monthly corporate currency distributions, including automatic expiration of unused balances.
