Case
The HR department announces a collection of ideas/wishes/comments from employees on a specific topic. Employees post ideas to the Bank of Ideas app. These suggestions then go to a moderator, who weighs up how useful they are. Only part of it goes one level higher, to experts in a particular subject area, who give a professional assessment of the suggested idea. It is only after these two assessments that the ideas are more formalised and presented to the company management for possible implementation.
