Business case
You are a PM, constantly on business trips. There is an urgent need to hire a new member of staff for the team. You leave a simple application inside the app, fill in the candidate information and send the application for approval. After a few hours or days (depending on the specifics) in the same app and mail you will see the result. For example, the application has been approved and taken on by the HR department.
