At the end of August, TPS kicked off the new marketing season with a productive HR Club for IT Companies event in Sofia, Bulgaria. With about about 20 participants attended out of 28 registered, we discussed real business cases of AI in HR processes. Some are already using Copilot for Microsoft 365, while others are working on innovative projects like building AI-driven learning paths. In addition session by Artem Chernevskiy, "How Your Employees Can Trick You with AI," covered AI use in HR, the Gartner Hype Cycle, and a demo of Azure TTS Live Avatar. We plan to make such events regular to promote the adoption of Awara IT Azure AI HR Assistant in Bulgarian companies.
