This event was a fantastic platform to connect with industry specialists, gain new insights, and explore the latest trends in mining and metallurgy. The ERG Innovators Forum is an industrial IT forum and case championship dedicated to the best practices of digital solutions for mining and metallurgical enterprises. It serves as a unique platform for sharing experiences in the field of digitalization of production enterprises in Kazakhstan and CIS countries. Awara IT participated at the invitation of the forum organizers – ERG company.
Awara IT showcased our cutting-edge solutions in AI and innovative technologies for manufacturing, mining and metallurgy. The greatest interest was generated by three offerings:

AI-Based Bot: This bot can study company data and explore all knowledge bases, allowing users to interact with it as they would with a human expert and receive answers in natural conversation. It can be installed on-premises and also offers options such as working in ChatGPT mode and integration with Call Analyst (AI Speech-to-Text and Result Analysis).

Chat-Assistants: Designed for interaction with any document or knowledge base, these chat-assistants serve both employees and customers.

Computer Vision: Utilized for monitoring transport, warehouses, and other spaces.
