Van Rees office in CIS country operations are related to tea distribution and blending throughout region. Global Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementation project has finished with the local office rollout.
Key project challenges included: re-organization of sales, purchase, production and finances processes according to the corporate policies and add-up local reporting to the global management reporting. Considering specifics of the regional accounting standards, it was required to add additional tools for reporting transformation.
Solution
In order to automate daily Van Rees branch operations with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Awara IT adapted existing regulations according to HQ requirements.
Awara IT team is very well familiar with the tasks alike related to the regional localization and accounting specifics adaptation with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
The main technological requirement was to unify 3 components within one solution – out of the box Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 functionality, DycoTrade solution specifics and standard localized Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 functionality. Currently the customer uses this unified solution for accounting purposes in one system, as well as data transformation for management reporting from one system only.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementation enables representatives of Van Rees regional branch carry out advanced delivery analytics chain and blending within one system, based on its new delivery chain management functionality, production and subcontracting. Deliveries between corporate subdivisions and the regional branch are also automated with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
