A legal services provider, lacking IT staff upon opening a new business in the UAE, required a technological and security jumpstart with minimal IT support involvement. Awara IT suggested implementing Microsoft 365 Business Premium and developed procedures for the company's employees. Now, individuals with zero IT knowledge can obtain a fully functional and secured remote workplace within 15-30 minutes.

Phoenix Partners is an SMB company that specializes in providing legal services to companies entering the UAE market. As a startup operating without an in-house IT staff, the company prioritizes several key considerations to ensure smooth operations and effective utilization of technology. These considerations include scalability, security, ease of use, cost-effectiveness, optimal collaboration tools, and compliance.

Simplistically, the case can be described as the instant integration of a laptop into a common working environment immediately after purchase.

As a result, there were three key objectives:

It took only 2 weeks to complete all tasks, including migration and rollout. Awara IT developed a procedure for the customer’s employees detailing simple steps to be taken immediately after purchasing new laptops from a retail shop. Intune Autopilot was configured to streamline the setup of registered laptops with all necessary applications and security settings according to the customer’s company policy.

Within 15-30 minutes, employees with zero IT knowledge have access to a fully functional and secure remote workplace.

Results

Microsoft solutions enable law firms to unlock their full potential by leveraging the most secure cloud infrastructure and utilizing Microsoft Teams in a curated and configurable manner tailored to meet their specific requirements. Data Loss Prevention is crucial for all companies, but law firms face the added responsibility of safeguarding their clients' data. With the implementation of Microsoft solutions, such as M365 Business Premium, Phoenix Partners employees now have access to basic functionality, as well as security and compliance tools, and cloud features. M365 facilitates easier sharing, integration, and automation, streamlining workflows within the organization.

Following the successful implementation of this solution, our plan is to further develop and promote it to a wider audience.

We at Awara IT successfully mastered with different capabilities of Modern Work and Microsoft Security. Over the past 12 months, Awara IT has undertaken several exciting Security projects worldwide. There are two pilots, EDR and MDE, as well as full-scale M365 E3 deployment in three Kazakhstan`s banks, and M365 for Business project in UAE in addition to case described above. We conducted several seminars for a wide audience to improve technical literacy in Kazakhstan on the topics of MS Security, building a hybrid infrastructure, data, and devices protection.
