Background
Being one of the biggest regional companies, our customer has certain amount of financial data to collect and analyze. Originally, the customer requested Awara IT to automate manual financial reporting automation that would speed up decision making.
Solution
Awara IT proposed a solution for management analysis and IFRS reporting based on Microsoft Power BI. Board members were given a convenient tool to track company’s corporate reporting and IFRS reporting using Power BI reports on tablets. Reports are formed and updated on the fly, so no extra manual work is required to tailor these reports to end user’s needs.
Results
Automation allowed to significantly reduce time for report preparation, deviations search and decision making.
