Challenges and solutions
The organization needed to bring identity and access management across its on-premises and cloud environments under a single governance model, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve oversight of security and compliance processes.
Awara IT designed and implemented a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment using Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Purview. The project also included multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access policies, role-based permissions, and additional controls for privileged accounts. Awara IT provided administrator training, technical documentation, and practical guidance for the ongoing management of the environment.
Results
Identity and access management was centralized across cloud and on-premises systems. The organization improved the protection of users, devices, and corporate data, gained greater visibility into security operations, and simplified audit preparation. The new environment also provides a scalable foundation for future cloud services, automation, and AI initiatives.
