Our customer is global leader in construction chemicals and a top four mounting foam manufacturers. It is an international holding headquartered in Eastern Europe, operating for over 30 years.With offices in 19 countries and 2000+ employees, the company required Dynamics 365 implementation for a subsidiary in Kazakhstan. 

Our customer aimed to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO with full integration with the government portal for electronic invoices and waybills in Kazakhstan.

The main goal was to ensure compliance with local legislation, including tax reporting, accounting, and customs declarations. 

Solution assessment project included: 

- Integration with the government portal of Kazakhstan (electronic invoices and waybills);
- Adaptation to local accounting and tax requirements;
- Configuration of procurement, sales, and finance modules;
- Support for document flow and customs declaration processing using Form 328;
- Utilization of experience from previous regional projects;
- Ongoing support and maintenance post-launch. 

- Implementation allowed the head office to monitor and manage all regional offices through a single system;

- Successful launch on time (2.5 months instead of the planned 3);

- Compliance with Kazakhstan's legal requirements;

- Increased transparency and automation of document flow;

- Strengthening customer's position as a technologically advanced player in the regional market.
