Challenges and solutions

The client approached Awara IT to implement and further support Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018. All enhancements were made using extensions, which reduced the cost of the project for the client.

Results

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 was successfully implemented. Processes for generating corporate reports and the process for calculating bank gateway fees were automated. Data consolidation for general reporting was implemented.

Integrations with numerous services were set up:

•  API with clients and contracts
•  local accounting solution to download information on suppliers and purchase documents
•  API of banks and payment gateways
•  Billing API
•  local accounting software to automate the payroll and employee accrual accounting process

The client noted that resources for corporate reporting preparation and reconciliation were significantly reduced due to the automation of key processes.
