As is common with many growing businesses, CFT’s planning was originally managed manually via Excel files. Coordinating product movements, customer shipments, and component procurement required dozens of man-hours.
The client’s goal was to establish transparent planning within a single system, gaining full visibility into inventory levels, assembly processes, and fulfillment. Furthermore, to optimize installation timelines, the company needed a way to automate engineer workload scheduling.
Results
Awara IT team implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from the ground up. A defining feature of this project was the minimal use of custom development.
