Microsoft presented a new Microsoft Edge browser
Microsoft has recently presented a new Microsoft Edge browser based on the Chromium open source project. With Chrome-based extensions, Microsoft Edge functionality will be improved and will provide users with access to hundreds of useful productivity tools.
Microsoft Edge is now available to download on all supported versions of Windows and macOS in more than 90 languages with a solid focus on customer’s data privacy. Some new capabilities for Microsoft Edge: AAD support, Internet Explorer mode, 4K streaming, Dolby audio, inking in PDF, Azure AD support, Microsoft Search in Bing integration, support for Chrome-based extensions, and more.
Microsoft Edge also seamlessly works with Microsoft 365 allowing Microsoft 365 customers using Microsoft Search to easily find files, people etc.
Microsoft Dynamics community members share two other features which will help professionals working with Microsoft Dynamics 365:
- You can now install any URL as an App. This means you can start the application just like any other app on your Windows 10 device without starting the web browser
- You can manage multiple users within the new Microsoft Edge browser
This will be helpful if you manage multiple login accounts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
