On May 20, we hosted Copilot Breakfast Almaty, a private business breakfast at the Microsoft office in Almaty.
The event brought together 25+ participants, including HR directors, CIOs, and professionals for whom AI and automation are already part of the working agenda. The topic sat right at the intersection of HR and IT, which set the tone for the entire discussion.The session was led by Yulia Iostman, and turned into a lively and open conversation about Copilot updates, its connection with Claude and GPT, and the areas where these technologies can deliver real business value.
Together with the participants, we explored Copilot Agents in combination with Power Apps and Power Automate: what should be automated, and where AI is the better fit. We also discussed how to build effective collaboration between HR, IT, and AI Adoption teams within a company, as well as key questions around security and data management.We are glad we were able to bring together such an engaged audience, and we are grateful to everyone who found the time to join us.
