Seven Refractories together with Refracon is an international manufacturer of refractory materials. It provides solutions for the steel, metallurgical, cement and other industries involved in high temperature and aggressive environments.

The main challenge was to match the local specifics of Seven Refractories branch with corporate standards.

Results

Implementation of standard Microsoft Dynamics NAV for bookkeeping, importing functionality developed by HQ as NAV is an enterprise system. We have also implemented:

• Integration with local accounting software to automate the payroll and employee accrual accounting process;
• VAT accounting with transfer of ownership;
•  Accounting support
