Sales and project management on Microsoft Dynamics for a telecom provider

The initial request from the customer was to finalize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The main task is to structure and unify project management for internal departments. The system will be used by sales, production, procurement, project managers, finance professionals.

Awara IT proposed the solution that covers integration of all project information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Project Server, and Sharepoint. The full cycle of customer operations is implemented inside CRM: creating requests for project tasks with further development of each request and moving to the next stages.

Information flow and project progress are structured, since all participants work in a single system. This eliminates additional correspondence, that could cause loss of important project information. As all information is stored in one system, it also saves time for employees.
