Strategic partnership between the kidswear brand Reima and Awara IT continues. We are delighted to share a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementation project for b2b sales management and customer support. This cloud solution is in use for Reima’s sales channels in most European countries, USA and Canada. The system covers wholesale processes, contractors and agents’ support. Overall this implementation has become a big step towards digital transformation, as previously B2B sales support was carried in Excel and Outlook.
International Awara IT team has customized the system, provided integration with NAV/BC that now includes data about new wholesale customers, enabled integration with Outlook. Dynamics 365 mobile app is actively used by sales team and improves their daily operations. Collaboration with customers has become transparent, simple and convenient.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is now used by 50 users in different countries. Cooperation with Reima is ongoing – on the next step all incoming orders will be proceeded in Dynamics 365 for Sales.
