How the user support app helps

The solution allows collecting and processing customer support requests in one window. It is used in IT departments to quickly allocate and resolve business user requests. Three types of user roles are configured in the application – employee, consultant, and administrator. Power BI reporting is implemented in the solution for convenient reporting on request processing.
