Challenges and solutions
Media agencies and other structural divisions of the holding process daily briefs (requests) from clients for planning and launching advertising campaigns. Employees discuss briefs in Microsoft Teams and mail. The company decided to automate this process using Power Platform. First, Dentsu was already using Microsoft 365 E3 licenses, and second, it was this platform that offered flexibility in customization, integrations and design, and also allowed getting quick results in the development of MVP (minimum viable product).
Awara IT developed an app for convenient interaction between functional departments and customers with incoming client requests (briefs). The app allows managing briefs, measuring task performance, adding comments with attachments, and tracking versions of briefs. All this is done with a user-friendly interface. Moreover, thanks to a single workspace powered by Microsoft Teams, users get timely updates on the work with specific customers. All this helps performing daily tasks more efficiently. As a result, the company can now manage the efficiency of brief processing and monitor work-in-progress losses. We keep on developing the app so that one day it ends up being in the company like “e-government services”.
