Licenses for Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power BI had been purchased long ago, but employees were not using them to their full potential for productive teamwork. Prior to this engagement, we had already conducted short training sessions for the client. Based on those, Efes decided to launch a full-scale training program.
The goal was to deliver Microsoft 365 training and build sustainable skills for daily business tasks with a strong focus on productivity hacks and keyboard shortcuts.
Results
We designed and launched a training program under the Efes Digital Academy, focused on Microsoft 365 products. The program ran for 3-4 months, with 3 training sessions per product. The training was made available to all users without exception.
The emphasis was placed on practical productivity hacks, workflow speed, and efficient use of keyboard shortcuts. Upon completion of the project, a formal recommendation was created to help the company replicate this approach internally.
